JOIN THE REAL 60 FAMILY - BE THE TEAM BEHIND THE TEAM

Real 60 FC has been a cornerstone of Medway football since 1960. As we move towards our 2030 Strategy, we aren't just running a club; we are building a legacy where every local child has a place to play, grow, and belong. To get there, we need a "Team Behind the Team."

No Football Experience? No Problem.

You don't need to know the offside rule to make a difference. We are looking for local people to help with administration, media, community partnerships, and match-day experience. Most roles require just 1-2 flexible hours a week and can often be done from home.

Why Now? We are Levelling Up.

With 15 competitive teams and nearly 40 coaches, Real 60 FC is growing. By joining us now, you will help us:

  • Complete the Pathway: Bridging the gap from U7 through to U18 for both boys and girls.
  • Grow the Lionesses: Championing our dedicated girls' section from the ground up.
  • Strengthen Our Foundations: Moving to FA 2-Star status for better coaching and a secure future.
  • Strengthen our Community: Ensuring the club remains sustainable for another 60 years.
