To enter the tournament:
• Complete the attached Registration Form below Tournament Registration Form
• Once complete you will receive confirmation and information on how to make a payment. Once a payment has been made, your place will be confirmed via email.

Registration & Start times:
Under 8’s - Sunday 30th August AM
Under 9’s - Sunday 30th August PM
Under 10’s - Sunday 30th August AM
Under 11’s - Sunday 30th August PM

Initial Tournament information:
• Only registered players can attend and no Academies or JPL teams are allowed to enter.
• u8s & u9s will be 5-a-side played on 5-a-side pitches with max squad of 8 players.
• u10s & u11s will be 7-a-side played on 7-a-side pitches with max squad of 10 players.
• Please note that in line with FA guidelines, a player which has not reached the age of 6 is not eligible to play in the tournament.
• The tournament will be mixed boys & girls, with girls able to play down a year is they wish.
• Once a player has registered for a team they can’t play for another team in any age group.
• In order for us to prepare for the tournament entry forms & payment needs to be received no later than 31st July.
• Payment of £50 per team by BACS only with team name and preseason age group as reference.
